As a Project Lead at Lohia Aerospace, I am responsible for driving end-to-end project execution in the field of advanced composite manufacturing for aerospace applications. My role bridges cross-functional coordination between design, production, quality, and customer interface to ensure timely delivery and adherence to the highest industry standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in managing aerospace composite projects from concept to delivery. Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments to meet technical and delivery milestones. Ensure strict compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements. Resolve technical and process challenges on the shop floor, especially in wet layup, autoclave curing, and assembly stages. Manage customer communications, including updates, audits, and reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives in process development, tooling, and documentation.
