Purchasing/Sourcing. Sourcing new suppliers and vendors for Direct (BOM), Indirect (Non-BOM/Capex). Domestic Procurement for Washing Machine BOM/Non-BOM - Electrical( Powercord, Capacitor, Buzzer, etc), Packaging(Carton, Polybag, foam, Labels), Hardware, etc. Compare and evaluate offers/quotations from suppliers and negotiate for payment terms of agreement and pricing. Prepare MIS on purchases, including cost analyses and daily/monthly reports for operations meetings using SAP B1.

Accountable for - 1. Procurement 1.1 Procurement for the BOM & Non-BOM efficiently to fulfill the plant’s requirements on time. Buying BOM raw material, i.e., MS Sheet Metal, ISMC, ISA, etc., for various kinds of structures (tower). 2. Sourcing and New vendor development 2.1 Sourcing & new vendor development for Hot-Dip Galvanizing, negotiated volume-based discounts and saving ₹22 lakh annually, and reduced lead time from 3 to 2 days. 2.2 Vendor consolidation & New vendor development to reduce overall supply chain cost. 2.3 New Product Development: Tracking & facilitating the new Product Launch process in coordination with R&D and production team, in comparison to production overview and problems faced.
