Manage a 29-room residence housing up to 40 tenants, overseeing daily operations and a ~$20K/month operating budget. Owned leasing for up to 29 rooms by managing inquiries, marketing/showings, follow-ups, and move-in coordination to fill vacancies and maintain demand. Negotiate and administer service contracts, handle rent collection, and resolve tenant needs through clear, customer-first communication. Lead summer leasing to external tenants, driving marketing/showings and owning full turnover—move-out inspections, cleaning, repairs, and move-in readiness.

Directed a 70-member fraternity chapter as President, set strategy, ran executive meetings, and mobilized committees to deliver measurable outcomes. Orchestrated 100+ person flagship events, built timelines, secured venues & vendors, and managed a $30K budget to deliver smooth, high-attendance programming. Represented the chapter at national conventions in Washington, DC and Boston, advocated for chapter interests, and implemented best practices to strengthen chapter operations.

Processed ~150 transactions per shift in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining speed, accuracy, and service quality.
