• Led and mentored a team of 5 recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support on best practices and industry tools. • Managed the full recruitment lifecycle for various IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Served as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs. • Lead our internal recruitment and be responsible for planning, strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination, and negotiation. • Implemented proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, headhunting, referrals, and social media campaigns. • Coordinated all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and providing feedback. • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, identifying recruitment channels, sourcing, • screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through negotiation and candidate acceptance. • Leading and managing the interview process with stakeholders including post interview evaluations with hiring managers and/or business HR as appropriate and providing interview feedback to candidates as requested. • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate record management systems.

• Involved in end-to-end recruitment life cycle process. • Handling Permanent / Contractual positions for IT & non-IT industries. • Understanding the requirements of all Clients & managing all aspects of operations to achieve a high customer satisfaction level. • Sourcing &Screening profiles from various job sites like Monster, Naukri, internal database, internet search, candidate references, and LinkedIn etc. • Screening profiles and matching them to internal client needs. • Coordinating with shortlisted candidates and scheduling their interviews with Clients for various rounds. • Filling positions by recruiting the best available talent. • Negotiating with candidates for their compensation packages, notice periods and coordinating the other aspects to get the candidates on board. • Follow up with the candidates to ensure their joining. • Database Management: Preparing our own database for further reference.
