Pellet Plant Operation Assist in day-to-day operations of the pelletizing plant to ensure smooth and efficient production. Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate corrective actions. Support the Plant Manager in achieving production targets, quality parameters, and cost efficiency. Supervise production teams and ensure optimal manpower utilization. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and safety departments to ensure plant reliability and compliance. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings. Implement and enforce safety protocols and SOPs. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations. Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and training initiatives

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing overall shift operations in the pellet plant. Ensure smooth functioning of all units (drying, grinding, pelletizing, cooling, screening, etc.). Monitor production targets and take corrective action for deviations. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments during the shift. Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and work allocation. Maintain shift-wise production reports and incident logs. Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping during the shift. Troubleshoot operational problems and guide technicians/operators.

Role Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects in the pellet plant. Ensures timely completion, cost control,safety, and quality compliance. Key Tasks: Plan and implement plant upgrade/maintenance projects Coordinate with departments and vendors Ensure safety and environmental compliance Monitor progress and prepare reports Support commissioning and troubleshooting.
