* Raw material planning and procurement strategy to ensure the function is in line with company’s objectives to add value, mitigate supply chain risk & deliver cost savings. * Responsible for ongoing purchase of major raw material like ISNR, CARBON BLACK, RUBBER CHEMICALS, RUBBER PROCESS OIL, ZNO, STEARIC ACID ETC. * Also responsible for ongoing purchase of packaging items like carton boxes, colour poly, tapes, drums and its sealing cap & seals, etc and Finalization the vendors & discount offered with aim to maximize savings with quality control and timely delivery. * Floating RFQs, Discussion with vendors, Analysis of quotes (for cost comparison), Technical vetting of proposals by the user dept. in case of some specific products, Negotiations & finalization within stipulated time. * Vendor development, Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Registration. * Preparation of Monthly, half yearly & Annual Purchase Plan and Review with Actuals on month-on month basis to reports variance. * Collaborate with team, stake holders and senior management to share progress & seek support required to achieve goals and objectives * Coordinating & Follow-ups with plant teams to ensure timely preparation of MIS. * Compilation, Validation & Analysis of received data by using various excel tools & systems into a presentable form for MD review

Responsible for Procurement of all Mechanical, Electrical & Automation Equipments/Bulks related to TUNNEL BORING MACHINE (6.52 mm diameter) like Pump Sets,Cement Feeding System,Site Fabricated Tankages & Containers,Seamless and grooved Pipes,Pipe fitting/flanges/adeptors and coupling, Valves,Fasteners,Hose Pipes & connectors,Rail and accessories,Sleeper,Nut & Bolts, Slings, GI Socket & Nipple and many more general mechanical, Electrical & Civil items etc. for Delhi Metro Tunnel Project, in which our team establishing the 08 tunnel of around 1500m each for DMRC. Vendor identification, evaluation and assessment considering vendor technical and commercial aspects along with materials Inspections for various project based upon individual project requirements. Issuing RFQ to vendors, follow up for timely quotes, then analysis of quotation on various parameters for cost analysis and Various Purchase Terms & Conditions. Preparing Price comparison Sheet (PCS) for various vendors for landed cost till site for decision making and techno commercial negotiations & finalization of order. Efficiently coordinating with Technical Consultants for the preparation of technical specification scope and Deliverable. Coordinating all technical works with Site Engineers and office. Preparing purchase order along with related Purchase terms & conditions approval documents as per finalized parameters. Planning of organised dispatch schedule (in line with vendor capacity and project requirement) of components in order support execution team at site for timely completion of project in premeditated manner. Regular follow ups with vendors to expedite the critical material dispatches ensuring all quality parameters in order to ensure on time completion of the project. Releasing service orders to contractors for site work and follow up for timely man power deputation and work completion. Cash flow within budget. Handle the 15 skill and unskill employee for proper work.
