⮚ Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of contracts and Fulltime IT candidates supporting various client’s needs nationwide. ⮚ Evaluating the candidate’s skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, and confidence level. ⮚ Responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience and brilliant talent to the team. ⮚ Identified diverse, top level Pharmaceutical Client talent through a variety of contemporary social media methods and thoroughly screened resumes to ensure top candidates were sourced. ⮚ Conducted technical screening and selection interviews via telephone, Skype and Face Time to ensure candidates fit with our clients needs. ⮚ Responsible for candidate and hiring manager coordination, salary negotiations and deal closures. ⮚ Collected and analyzed feedback and distributed information to candidates and hiring managers, and internal team throughout the recruiting process. ⮚ Responsible for contract, contract to hire and direct hire recruiting for the Pharmaceutical Client industry. ⮚ Analyze and research various Pharmaceutical Client specifications/roles to better understand what client is seeking. ⮚ Develop a strong, collaborative working relationship with Account Managers and providing support by setting appointments, interviews, and assisting in the interviewing process. ⮚ Extend offers of employment in line with organizational policies and standards. ⮚ Negotiate compensation with candidates to comply with budget and hiring manager direction. ⮚ Assist candidates with information/processing regarding relocation, visa transfer/ sponsorship, and travel. ⮚ Utilize job boards and internal database for sourcing candidates, including social networking for current and future needs. ⮚ Qualified candidates during detailed phone interview to discuss background, job history, skill sets, technologies used, motivation, salary history, etc and match them against defined job order criteria.

Screen the candidates for identifying them as the right match, pay rate negotiation, benefits negotiation, submitting candidate profiles at client side as well as on internal systems. Recruited candidates on almost all sphere of Pharmaceutical industry such as Medical Writer, Scientist, Global Regulatory Affairs Lead, Project Manager- Medical Affairs, Lab Technicians, Deviation Management Specialist, Quality Specialist and much more. Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest & availability. Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks. Uploading the data of the offered selected and rejected Candidates into the internal database & maintaining the same. Reporting to the manager for the Interview Status on a daily basis. Familiar working with VMS portals like Beeline, Agile, Wand and Field glass. S Proficient with Job postings, sourcing from resume databases. Recruited candidates on almost all sphere of Pharmaceutical industry such as Medical Writer, Scientist, Global Regulatory Affairs Lead, Project Manager- Medical Affairs, Lab Technicians, Deviation Management Specialist, Quality Specialist and much more. Screening and testing profiles and short listing the right profile. Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest & availability. Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks. Uploading the data of the offered selected and rejected Candidates into the internal database & maintaining the same. Interacting with the candidates, Account Managers and the PMO Coordinator for VMS on Day to Day basis. Coordinating interviews & keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview. Reporting to the manager for the Interview Status on a daily basis.
