* Test and set-up X-ray machine as per specified recipe for production. * Record production to log book such as quantity, weight, size, date and time of product packaged. * Observe all gauges, chart recorder, temperature indicator and heat exchanger to verify specified processing conditions. * Perform corrective machine adjustments and clean machine. * Perform weekly maintenance procedures for machines by using hand tools.

* Ensuring the production lines and equipment, including building structure are properly cleaned and sanitized to meeting the requirements set out in the work procedures and HACCP Manual. * Follow all Health and Safety guidelines established by the company. * Collects garbage, recyclable materials and food waste from production area and outside of the building and disposes in appropriate compactors or containers.

* Design and conduct quality assurance shop floor process audits and issue corrective actions where required * Measure all transformer dimensions by using measuring tools and check all accessories mounted on transformer with blue prints. * Check calculated data and measure data for transformer and make a report for further inspection. * Collect and compile all quality certificates for mounted accessories and submit to customers. * Make a weekly inspection schedule of transformers for customers. * Interface with all other engineering disciplines in the company and with customers or suppliers on quality related issues as required * Complete and maintain inspection reports. * Collect and analyze data samples in support of quality assurance.
