Employer Branding & Sourcing Strategy Design and implement talent branding campaigns. Leverage social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build talent pipelines for future hiring. 🔹 6. Analytics & Reporting Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). Analyze data to identify trends and drive process improvements. Report hiring progress and insights to leadership.
