I am Rahul Arora and I am currently working with EY GDS in Business Modelling Team. My role is to perform detailed reviews of financial models, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings in a report format to clients. Prior to this, I was employed with Acuity Knowledge Partners (formerly Moody's Analytics knowledge Services) in credit research team. My role is to provide credit support to the Investment Banks so that they can lend to highly leveraged companies across the world. The scope of work includes 》Doing extensive research on prospective borrowers. 》 Creating Financial Model from scratch and performing valuation using DCF , comparable company analysis & precedent transaction analysis. 》Calculating and analyzing the companies future cashflows to determine companies debt repaying capacity. Prior to this , I was employed with Silverskills Pvt Ltd as a Financial Analyst in outsourcing/offshoring Industry. My scope of work included-: 》 Spreading of financial statements and analyzing financial statements of companies on the basis of guidelines of US capital markets institutions like Freddie mac and Fannie mac. 》 Performing of Loan Boarding Services, docs search and Rent Roll Analysis.
