Job Description : -Manage procurement activities like sourcing quotation reviews, price, payment term and Negotiation skills. •-Supplier selection and evaluation base on performance in term of quality, price comparison and Good delivery on time - Control for Cost Down Price •-Responsibility PO (Purchase PO) to All suppliers -Approved Purchase order and monitoring all requirements to determine calculate and cost, etc -Negotiation and monitoring contracts -Handle and monitoring control for cost Raw Material /RM, Sparepart, Supporting material,commercial part,Logistic and other colaboration with Production,PPIC,HR &GA to handle service ,contract vendor and asset management. -Monitoring Logistic colaboration with warehouse. -Monitoring and control for stock allocation and stock availability to overseas suppliers -Follow up to overseas suppliers to get fix delivery ETD/ETA -Monitor shipment progress to forwarders until arrival in Jakarta Port (Import) • Provide and daily progress update the monitoring local and Import report • Prepare Monthly Report and KPI of purchase Audit Supplier and Evaluation Supplier Control and Maintain inventory stock • Good Knowledge SOP of Purchasing and flow work in procedure purchase • Well understand on the ERP MRP system Understanding for : ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 Certificate FSSC 2200 versi 06 Certificate Halal LPPOM MUI Certificate 10.other responsibilities as needed
