I act as a system-level enabler – creating conditions where work flows, decisions are fast and clear, and people can focus on what really matters. I care deeply about psychological safety and team warmth – because people shine when they feel safe, seen and supported. In my role, I am disciplinarily responsible for our Data Platform teams, guiding their development and ensuring we scale sustainably – both as a tech foundation and a human organization.

Mentoring software project teams with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment

After my time as PO, I shifted back into a role that matched my natural strengths: enabling teams and organizations to thrive. In various setups (including LeSS and SAFe), I coached cross-functional teams, senior product owners and leadership to adopt agile principles, cultural clarity, and systemic awareness. My focus: building trust, enabling decision-making, strengthening team dynamics – and helping organizations work with, not against, themselves. What stayed constant: My passion for leading with clarity, holding space for growth, and connecting product delivery with people development.

As a PO in a large-scale agile setup, I was responsible for coordinating technical requirements and stakeholder alignment across global teams in Germany and the US – including Data Scientists, developers and platform strategists. Coming from a business informatics background, I intentionally chose this role to explore technical product ownership and better understand cross-functional product delivery. This experience helped me see clearly where my true strength lies: not in designing features – but in shaping the systems, teams and leadership spaces that make delivery sustainable.
