Inducted as post processing engineer in one of the biggest roll out project in Pakistan I performed the tasks enlisted below  Drive test using TEMS Investigation for 2G static and mobility test cases and using Nemo Outdoor for MOS testing.  Analysis log files and solve coverage problems (Bad level, Bad quality, missing neighbors, cross sectors, cross feeders, and interference)  Make reports using TEMS and MapInfo.  Handling new sites integrations ( check neighbors, interference)  Analysis of 2G drive tests and reporting, includes L3 messages and RF condition.  Analysis ends with suggested action and reported to optimizers, process repeats until optimized.  Reports includes quarterly drive tests, daily customer complaints & any request from optimization team/customer.  Maintaining sites databases in all formats (KML, TAB, XLS), which includes daily changes & access issues. Maintains tracker for every physical action.  Live optimization, field visit and guiding field teams in difficult cases.  Deal customer directly for optimization issues and requests.
