I am a passionate and goal-oriented professional with a strong academic background in Quality & Performance Management and Life Sciences. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Quality & Performance Management from the University of the Punjab and an Associate Degree in Science with a major in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from UCP, where I was awarded a silver medal for academic excellence. My strength lies in applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. I’ve worked on diverse academic and field projects such as applying Lean Thinking (5S) to improve processes at Safari Park Lahore, conducting research on resistance to change in education, and exploring the impact of AI on HR practices in my thesis. As a Teaching Intern, I developed a positive classroom environment and collaborated on effective teaching strategies. I’ve also taken leadership roles, serving as Vice President of the Environmental Society and organizing academic events. My entrepreneurial side was explored through launching an online B2C makeup store during a project. I am skilled in SPSS, Minitab, project-based learning, and educational research. With strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, I’m always ready to adapt, learn, and contribute to continuous improvement in any role I take on.
