1. Performed troubleshooting, preventive & corrective electrical instrument equipment on Rotary screw compressor, Air Pressure Dryer, Steam Boiler, Hot Thermal Oil Boiler, Chiller, Induction Motor, MCC, Substation 20KV & 3KV, Control Valve Yamatake Honeywell, DCS Yokogawa. 2. DCS Yokogawa Centum VP : Optimized DCS by modifying sequence table, function block, logic chart and graphics. 3. Electrical Fields Maintenance: Induction Motor Overhaul, Motor Control Center, PLC Mitsubishi, Substation 20KV & 3KV, Trafo 2000KVA & 750KVA 4. Instrument Fields Maintenance : DCS Yokogawa System, Gamma Ray Radiation Level Transmitter, Control Valve, Temperature sensor (RTD & Thermocouple), DP Transmitter, Pressure & Temperature Gauge, Mass/Oval/Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Weight Controller, HART Communicator. 5. Directed, planned, and controlled the overall maintenance, inspection, and repair of EI equipment at the Cilegon plant to ensure optimal efficiency. 6. Execute and report all necessary countermeasures within a week to achieve zero facility troubles. 7. Establish CRP (Cost reduction program) for daily & investment budget maintenance that effectively saving the company’s annual budget. 8. Prepare Shut Down Maintenance work schedule, work item, manpower, contractor, budget, negotiate with vendors/suppliers and ensure projects are completed on schedule. 9. Ensure investment projects are completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. 10. Update the Plant P&ID document modification, drawing, and spare part list. 11. Perform JSA & Root cause analysis in daily maintenance activities.
