FINAL YEAR PROJECT Individual project which involved simulating the functions of a tuneable Ferro-Electric capacitor varactor, for tuneable microwave device applications. * Frequency and amplitude analysis of voltage to a specified parameter response within microwave range. * Obtaining a thorough understanding of Ferro-electric based physics on an atomic level * Used Quantum Physics for analysis of Flux Permittivity, Ferro-electric theory modelling and external parameter dependence on atomic structure of di-electric, e.g BST (Barium-Strontium Titanate). * Used mathematical techniques to remodel specific equations to explain an expected behaviour * Hypothesize on certain non-existent concepts and modelling a real world application scenario. * Used math-cad to simulate the plot of the derived terminal equations which included frequency response plots and calculations * Built an entire Hypothetical Model from limited available research publications.
