During my time at Kuberns, I worked as a Business Development Executive, where I had the opportunity to contribute across multiple functions that bridged marketing, strategy, and outreach. My key responsibilities included: Content Ideation: Ideated and conceptualized engaging post ideas aligned with the brand’s voice and audience. Caption Writing: Crafted compelling captions to drive engagement and communicate the brand message effectively. Market Research: Conducted in-depth competitor analysis to understand trends, content strategies, and engagement tactics. Campus Outreach: Actively connected with colleges and student communities across India to facilitate hackathon partnerships and sponsor student-led tech events. This role strengthened my creative thinking, strategic communication, and collaboration skills, and gave me first-hand experience in building brand presence and fostering meaningful partnerships.
