• The development and supervision of the technological process of production, • Supply control system organization, quality in the process and the final inspection of finished products, • Management and analyse of customer complaint process, • Attention to update all documentation related to technology and quality system, • Product documentation update, • Support R&D actions, • Initiate and coordinate optimization of technological processes, • Initializing and overseeing corrective and preventive actions to be taken in order to improve the quality of raw materials, products finished and the production process, • Management of subordinate team and Department Indicators (KPIs), • Quality Manager Deputy.
