Raflan Hj Hasymara

Founder of Pintasan Borneo Sdn Bhd, acting as a Strategic Project Proponent (SPP), Local Partner and Government Interface for development and infrastructure-related initiatives in Sabah. My role focuses on project origination, stakeholder alignment and facilitating structured collaboration between private investors, technology partners and government agencies, particularly within Private Funding Initiative (PFI) and public–private partnership frameworks. I am actively involved in identifying viable projects, coordinating local regulatory engagement, and ensuring disciplined timelines from concept to execution. Current areas of focus include renewable energy, infrastructure support projects, capacity-building programmes and community-based development initiatives in Sabah.
