Managed debt raising program of Reliance Power Limited and its SPVs (Rosa Power, 1200 MW coal-fired Power Plant) and Subsidiaries by managing Debt (INR 7000 crores/USD 950 mn) in the form of Long Term Project Finance, Working Capital Tied-up (Fund & Non-fund), Trade Finance, External Commercial Borrowings, and other structured transaction - Led successful closures by consolidating the lender base from 14 lenders (Including LIC and IFCI) to 5 lenders by refinancing the Project Finance facility, along with ongoing debt service requirements under various financing facilities - Closure of transactions, security creation, documentation, and Compliance

Department Head, Corporate Finance and Treasury - Spearheading Fund-Raising Program for Ugro Capital Ltd. by raising & managing the debt of more than Rs 8,500 crores (USD 1 Billion) to ensure that an AUM of Rs. 12,000 crores is achieved by March 2025 in the form of Term Debt, Working Capital Tie-up, Non-Convertible Debentures, External Commercial Borrowings and other structured transaction like Tier II capital, Direct Assignments, Pass-Through Certificate, Co-Lending, Co-Origination etc. - Managing the lender base of 54 Banks (PSUs and Private), Financial Institutions and DFIs, and Foreign Institutions.

Initiated & spearheaded various functions such as the Forex Desk and Trade Finance Desk to ensure the cost-effectiveness of transactions at the group level. - Monitored & prepared interest movement and Forex MIS for the Board of Directors & Management and reported the same. - Analyzed, traded FX & Interest Rate options, and ensured timely hedging through various options. - Drafted the Risk management & FX policy and evaluated various derivative options to bring down the overall cost of the borrowing. - Structured CMS for the existing set-up and planned the CMS for the upcoming business of the company.
