* Assist MEAL Head of the department in the development of strategies, tools and M&E plans for Projects/programs. * Conduct monitoring & field visits to all ACF target areas to provide timely, adequate and accurate information on the project progress to the output-outcome indicators as well as to provide ongoing M&E support to build M&E capacities of project staff at base levels. * Support MEAL Department to develop and update M&E frameworks for all newly starting projects which provide sufficient details on monitoring their performance, including what will be monitored, how, when, and by whom * Provide Support for project Data & reporting for best efficiency and effectiveness as well train project staff on ACF toolkits including Sphinx & ENA. * Managing and supervision team including a plan of action, monitoring of achievements, and evaluation of performance. * Building the capacity of the M&E team on assessment, monitoring and evaluation methodologies, and tools.

* Registration and filling treatment cards of SFP and OTP patients * Measurement of all 6-59 month children for assessing their nutrition status * Informing the CAPs during not attending the SFP and OTP patients in order to decrease the absentees and defaulters of CMAM program * Health education to the SFP and OTP clients during the absence of health educator. * Distribution of RUTF, RUSF and ration to the OTP and SFP (6-59m, PLW) patients * participation in the awareness of community inside the KIS sites
