I am responsible for the end-to-end development and scaling of the platform, which has grown to a user base of 50,000+. Together with three partners, I co-founded an educational platform designed for high school students. I oversee all backend architecture and am responsible for application development planning, budget management, workflow organization, data security (GDPR compliance), and translating user needs into technical features. I have successfully deployed LLM-based solutions to streamline exam task processing, automate marketing material generation, and build an interactive AI-assistant to guide students through educational content.

I work on the backend of a cloud-based platform for generating synthetic visual data for Vision AI. My work runs across the whole system - from user and group management to the orchestration of distributed, cloud-based rendering - built primarily in Python and running on AWS and Kubernetes. One of my main focuses has been the platform's rendering pipeline, which I led from design through rollout on Apache Airflow, turning complex rendering workloads into a reliable, observable orchestration system. I also collaborate closely with other technical teams to solve cross-cutting problems, help shape the technical direction of the rendering backend, and maintain high engineering standards through detailed code reviews in a senior-level team. Across the stack I work with Python, Django, asyncio, RabbitMQ, Apache Airflow, AWS, and Kubernetes.

Took a leadership role in managing the transition and modernization of a key e-commerce platform for a leading baby food brand. Oversaw all technical work, maintained strong client relationships with high responsiveness to requests, and effectively managed tasks within tight budget constraints. Additionally, designed and implemented a distributed task orchestration system using Django, Celery, and AWS to automate pricing synchronization across rental platforms. Conducted technical interviews for new hires.

Contributed to Braintrust, a marketplace platform connecting freelancers and employers. Developed and maintained a REST API using Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Celery with Redis, while managing AWS infrastructure via Terraform. Took ownership of features end-to-end, from business analysis and requirements gathering through development and testing to production deployment and monitoring. Delivered key features including consolidated invoicing, feed algorithms, A/B testing, and external integrations. Conducted detailed code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Built internal tools and CI pipelines to automate workflows, collaborated closely with the product team, and mentored developers.

Built several web applications for clients in accounting, tourism, healthcare, and AI-generated content. I also helped with recruitment calls to assess technical candidates and joined early client meetings to understand their needs and discuss project scope. On top of that, I supervised the team’s work and stayed in regular contact with clients to keep everything on track.
