Short course to develop skills on investment decisions, with knowledge of financial markets, the most used practices of technical analysis, behavioral finance and European legislation for the financial market; Planning of a Masterclass "Making responsible investment decisions based on knowledge" for college students. Disclosure and communication of the Masterclass with the different departments of the University of Aveiro, through the CRM. Development of content for conducting a Practical Course on Financial Markets for students; Market study, with the collection of information about possible competitors and their usual publications on their websites or social networks, for the company to enter a new market; Verification of the practicality of automated technical analysis tools developed by the company in comparison with competitors;

3 months in Mozambique: • Identification of inefficiencies in order to improve and update management processes. • Framing with the company's database, updating of personal files and registration in the database; • Updating of various forms to keep your individual processes up to date and inform workers of regulatory compliance; • Development of presentations for the company to train its workers. • Updating management and training processes on updated documents, presentations and processes; 9 months of remote work: • Updating forms, declarations, disclosure documents, duties and standards for workers and other control activities and management information; • Updating support manuals for employees undergoing training; • Development of presentations for the company to train its workers.

Department of Quality, Environment and Safety: • Database development for recording and analyzing KPIs of consumption; • Identify processes and find solutions that can reduce consumption.
