Rafael Martins

I’m a Creative Director focused on narrative and production, with a strong background in leading teams and shaping ideas from concept to execution. Over the past few years, I grew inside a digital agency environment, from Art Director to Head of Creation, leading creative teams and driving projects where visual language, storytelling, and production thinking were central to the work. My role has always gone beyond campaigns or formats: I’m most comfortable building clear creative directions, guiding people, and making ideas tangible. My creative approach is deeply influenced by cinematic thinking. I care about rhythm, framing, mood, and visual consistency, and I naturally gravitate toward projects that demand narrative clarity and strong production logic. Even within advertising, my work has been rooted in audiovisual decision-making, how something is shot, edited, animated, or experienced. I’m a hands-on creative leader by nature. I enjoy executing when necessary, but my real strength lies in direction: helping ideas grow, solving problems creatively, and creating an environment where people can learn, evolve, and do their best work. Seeing teams and concepts mature over time is what motivates me. At this moment, I’m especially interested in environments connected to film, commercial production, animation, VFX, and games, spaces where storytelling, visual craft, and production discipline truly matter. While my background is strongly established in creative leadership, I’m open to roles that make sense within the context of the project and the team.
