* Acting in Business Analyst area, with software maintenance, through maintenance forms, developed in Microsoft InfoPath Filler and execution of SQL scripts in development environment for preliminary tests. * Daily relationship with vendors and users, to discuss new update packages and integration projects between internal systems. * Daily interface with Toronto / Canada, for discussion of new demands and status reports. * Responsible for the IT payments systems. * Development and demands backlog control, vendor packages, restores of databases, payments, systems and their descriptions. * Assistance in controlling monthly releases of software updates. * Control and Management of area documents, cataloging all the directories used by IT. * Participation in projects such as automation of delivery of extracts to suppliers and integration between internal systems. * Development of a new Status Report system, using custom VBA-programmed macros with HTML that presented the evolution of projects in a cockpit.
