Management of an international infrastructure project for the construction of two rail freight terminals of 120 M€ connecting Barcelona and Paris including the following achievements: • Constitution and management of the project team with two engineers, a financial controller, and sub-contractors. • Ensuring the financing of the Project part of it through a 25 M€ European Grant. • Constitution of a Public – Private Partnership with regional and local entities to ensure their support for the Project.

Project management for the development of a multimodal platform in Barcelona. • Development of the feasibility studies for the implementation of a rail freight transportation service between Barcelona and Paris. • Ensuring the financing of the studies through a 4M€ European Grant.

• Coordination of the site construction and engineering teams for the construction of a power plant in Egypt. • Negotiation on site with the client (National Energy Company of Egypt) of the different changes of scope of the project. • Developed interpersonal skills for conflict resolution with local and international contractors in a multicultural environment. - Project involved: EPC of the mechanical part of a 2250 MW Combined-Cycle Power Plant in Cairo (Egypt).

• Supervision and verification of the technical documents before signature. • Coordination between specialist departments, client, sub-contractor, and suppliers. • Project involved: Oil & Gas EPC of a Delayed Coker Unit and its Waste Water Treatment Plant for Novopolotsk refinery (Belarus).

• Research on potential market opportunities in Southern Europe as well as the Maghreb area for all existing business areas within Dow Chemical Iberia, with a focus on the Oil & Gas and Plastics sectors. • Research on potential cross and reverse-selling opportunities, focused on the Oil & Gas sector.
