RaeLea’s passion for movement, exercise, and health have all played a role in her path to the Pilates, Movement Reconditioning, and the Rehabilitation world. She is a PMA Certified Pilates Instructor, and a Core Align Instructor, a certified bootybarre instructor, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Faculty Member with Balanced Body for teaching Anatomy in 3D. Additionally she has a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance from San Francisco State University and is a CA licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Skills include Movement Assessment, Exercise Program Development, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Muscle Energy Technique and Myofacial Release hands on training, and Group Fitness Instruction. She is a knowledgeable and energetic trainer who is interested in developing a mind-body conscious program for her clients to help them to achieve their movement goals.
