Business Development & Commercial Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and wider environmental consultancy services. Develop techno-commercial offers, including scope definition, resource planning, and fee build-up. Monitor regional market trends to inform pricing strategy, service positioning, and pursuit decisions. Identify, engage, and manage local subconsultants, including scope negotiation, commercial terms, and performance oversight throughout delivery. Technical Delivery Prepare SEAs, ESIAs, EIAs, and Framework Construction Environmental and Social Management Plans (FCESMPs) to regulator and lender standards. Plan and conduct environmental baseline surveys across physical, biological, and socio-economic disciplines. Carry out impact assessments and develop mitigation measures in line with the mitigation hierarchy (avoid, minimise, restore, offset). Compliance, Auditing & Regulatory Liaison Maintain environmental compliance across projects in line with ISO 14001, approved CEMPs, and NCEC permit conditions. Conduct environmental inspections, site audits, and compliance reviews, issuing corrective actions and tracking close-out. Review Contractor Construction Environmental Management Plans (CCEMPs) and contractor environmental reports, providing formal comments and approvals. Implement NCEC regulatory requirements across the project lifecycle and serve as the primary point of liaison with NCEC, including permit applications, condition reporting, and responses to regulator queries.

 Preparation of EIA, ESIA, FCESMP.  Conduct Baseline Surveys.  Responsible for Environmental compliance and Auditing ISO 14001, in compliance with CEMP and NCEC requirements.  CEMP Preparation and Implementation.  Environmental inspections and Audits.  Review the CCEMPs.  Review of Contractor Environmental Reports.  Impacts Analysis and mitigation.  Implementation of NCEC regulations.  Reporting and Liaison with NCEC.  Supporting environmental activities by conducting inspections, preparing/reviewing environmental reports and checking industry environmental compliance with NCEC  Overseeing Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans (EMMP), environmental compliance monitoring & waste management during the construction.  Developing and maintaining the standardized operational procedures in accordance with the environmental compliance, interpreting the environmental disturbance risks  Providing technical or administrative support for sustainability programs or issues  Coordinating and development of waste management program and implementation as per regulatory agencies, and providing training, advice and consultation  Managing the work of all the employees hired by the organization and outside contractors who are involved in handling the hazardous material, and investigating on any complaints filed by employees regarding those hazardous materials.
