I am an Interventional Cardiologist and physician leader in cardiovascular services, combining complex coronary care, cath lab leadership, healthcare management, digital health transformation, and active regional and international society engagement. As a Cath Lab Medical Director in Saudi Arabia, my clinical work focuses on coronary angiography and PCI, complex coronary intervention, CTO/CHIP, ACS/STEMI pathways, radial-first practice, intracoronary imaging, and physiology-guided decision-making. My leadership work focuses on cath lab governance, patient safety, quality improvement, team performance, workflow redesign, and reliable 24/7 cardiovascular services. I completed an MSc in Healthcare Management at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating as the highest achiever in my cohort. This expanded my work beyond procedural cardiology into healthcare strategy, operations, quality and risk management, leadership, change management, process improvement, and service transformation. I am also actively involved in regional and international interventional cardiology societies, including GCC and worldwide cardiovascular communities. Through society activities, scientific meetings, education, and collaboration, I contribute to knowledge-sharing, professional development, and the advancement of interventional cardiology practice in the region. My current professional direction is physician-led digital health transformation in cardiovascular care: using data, digital tools, responsible AI, and better systems design to improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, patient experience, and cardiovascular service delivery.
