-Accurately opens and closes accounts in accordance to operating controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer assets -Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the new accounts system database to manage and maintain customer account information -Performs duties for entry/exit for safe deposit box customers, and opens & closes safe deposit boxes by following safe deposit box policies & procedures -Assists customers with telephone inquiries to provide solutions to their banking needs -Assists customers with routine account-related requests; researches and resolves account service inquiries/issues; and responds to client inquiries promptly, effectively, and professionally -Performs teller responsibilities in accordance with the Teller job description -Utilizes marketing techniques to build relationships by actively cross selling and marketing new and existing products and services to current and potential customers -Assists with efforts to identify and implement a positive overall customer experience -Contributes towards fostering teamwork within the department -Performs other duties as assigned by management

-Attend mandatory training to improve skills -Worked in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and think critically to provide customers -Excellent computer navigation skills -loan servicing processing -effectively communicate program requirements in a clear and concise manner to support our customers. -listen to customer concern so that the appropriate response is given

-Transport patients effectively via wheelchair, bed, and stretcher. -Handle medical equipment safely including IV pumps/poles oxygen tanks, PCA pumps, chest tubes, catheters, and traction. -Maintain positive and professional relationships with patients. -Follow proper dress codes and adhere to departmental policies and procedures. -Prepare patients for transport and assist them in and out of wheelchairs. -Follow safety precautions and infection control techniques. -Adhere to established standards to transport isolation patients Perform first aid and CPR during emergency situations.

-Greets, welcomes, and engages with customers in a warm and friendly manner. -Uses acquired skills and knowledge to recommend products and services to meet customers’ current and future needs. -Assists customers with their sales orders, returns, and exchanges. -Utilizes available tools to stay current on skills and promotional initiatives. -Helps execute profitable growth through critical business drive times while supporting our customer obsession. -Works in cooperation with their supervisor and associates in other departments
