Essential functions: As a Plant Manager, I was fully in-charge of Riyadh Plant where we have Polyethylene (PE) rolls & sheets for the construction sector in addition to food trays & containers made from Polystyrene (PS) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). The company produces wide range of products, which include: * Polyethylene (PE) Foam Products (carpet and parquet underlay, backup rod, sound insulation, wrapping material…. etc.) * Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Products (food containers & packaging material… etc.) * Polystyrene (PS) Foam Products (trays, dishes… etc.)

Essential functions: • Making around 35 Million perfume plastic Caps plus 5 Million ISBM PET Bottles a year. • Head of Plastics Department including Injection, Blow and PET. • Also in-charge for Printing Section, UV decoration Section. • In-charge of 50 Workers attending 24 Machines.

Making around One Million Car Battery Cases plus Two Millions IML Paint Pails a year. Production Planning & Control for all Machines, Materials, & Labor Resources. o Business Development for the In-Mould Labeling IML. o General monitoring for flow of work. o In-charge for 80 Workers. o In-charge for the Tool Room both design and production. o SAP: order entry processing. Est. of Raw Mtrls & Packing req. o Schedule Planning: Machines and Labor.

Acting as a QMR (ISO 9001-2000) • Preparing MPS for 85 injection and Blow Molding machines. • Planning for 230 workers attending shift basis. • Order entry processing. Estimation of Raw Materials & Packing req. • Monitoring of stock control list and Coordinating with branches. • Preparing production reports/Schedules (Production & Printing).

Designer for plastic injection and blow molds using Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD. • Design of Injection & Blow Moulds using PRO/E & Auto-Cad • Preparation of concepts and Detailed Drawing. • Mould Cost Estimation. • Product development R&D. • Bill of materials BOM and maintaining records.
