I am Radwa Ashraf Fouad, a proud graduate of the Faculty of Arts – Damanhour University, Class of 2025, majoring in Political Science. Born and raised in Egypt, I grew up surrounded by the warmth of its people and the richness of its culture. From an early age, I developed a passion for learning, which I carried into every stage of my personal and professional journey. My academic path was not just about theoretical knowledge; it was accompanied by hands-on work experience that shaped my skills and strengthened my character. While studying, I worked in private companies founded by my father, where I was exposed to real-world business operations. These opportunities allowed me to gain practical expertise in both administrative and executive fields. I learned how to manage printing operations, supervise workers, and coordinate teams effectively to achieve organizational goals. In addition, I discovered my creative side through design—developing skills in creating signage, print materials, and overseeing the workflow of printing houses. This unique combination of academic knowledge and practical exposure gave me a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to integrate strategy with execution. Today, I bring that same energy and vision to my current role at Premium Medjool PM ®, a company specialized in exporting Egyptian Medjool dates. I am deeply passionate about driving the company’s international growth, fueled by my belief that our Medjool dates are not just a premium food product, but a symbol of Egypt’s excellence, quality, and health benefits. My mission is clear: to contribute to the expansion of PM ® into global markets, positioning our brand as a trusted name for Medjool dates worldwide. With a unique taste, rich nutritional value, and authentic Egyptian origin, I believe our products deserve to be present on every table around the globe. With strong motivation, adaptability, and a diverse skill set in administration, design, and marketing, I am committed to pushing export sales to new horizons. My ambition is to play a key role in highlighting the value of Egyptian products internationally, proving that “Made in Egypt” can be a true mark of quality and distinction.
