I was promoting and selling proactively and re-actively different services to Telekom customers according to the objectives set by senior management. I was supervising the status of our client’s requests, in order to inform the client of the necessary proceedings leading to the signing of the contract. I was preparing the necessary information required for the negotiation process, I solved requests / customer complaints and I performed various tasks regarding call center activity.

The firm was based on a Romanian-American partnership. I worked on various cases of Foreclosure / Bankruptcy in U.S. the work was done from home using my PC. The main activity revolved around data processing and verifying the registres.

I have learned what being a judge implies, after a protocol was signed by UVT Faculty of Law with Timisoara Court, Tribunal and Court of Appeal. I worked under the guidance of a judge mentor at Timis Tribunal commercial department and contentious business falling within the competence of the administrative courts. I studied cases, attended in court 5 hours a day, 3 days a week. I consolidated my legal knowledge, participating in the administration of justice (trial phase deliberation and verdict).

After finalizing the necessary courses and training period, i become a qualified insurance broker. Afterwards I formed, and coordinated a team of brokers, alongside who i worked with, we informed and registered people in the private pension system. The work was done in both the mandatory pension system, and private pension system.
