In 2006, Radostin established Ocean Solutions Ltd. - an outsourcing company, dedicated to offering innovative online commerce solutions and multi-channel selling. The project was sold to a German company Intershop In 2007, he established Zariba Ltd. and Zariba Game Academy Between 2009 and 2013 Radostin was Founder and Chairman at ICT Cluster - Varna In 2014, he established Casualino Ltd. In 2022 he sold Casualino to the French buyers 52 Entertainment, and this is the biggest deal related to the sale of a Bulgarian gaming studio Specialties: general management, corporate development, product development, business operations, strategy, product marketing, marketing management, digital marketing, social media marketing, integrated marketing, and leadership.
