* Collaborate with a team of lifeguards to monitor beachgoers, enforce regulations, and perform rescues as necessary. * Completed rigorous training program, including various swim tests, running drills and written tests. * Certified in CPR and First Aid, AED qualified. * Took blood pathogen course.

* Helped supervise workouts for all athletes. * Learned the basics of planning/programming. * Assisted with the supervision of training programs * Assisted with daily administrative and maintenance items * Assisted with the implementation of athlete tracking * Coached proper Olympic Lifting techniques & demonstrated the lifts.

* Instructed over 6 students per class, of all ages (1-65yrs). Was teaching them how to overcome their fear of water, as well as teaching them how to swim. * As lifeguard, monitored upwards of 20 people at a time to ensure their safety. * Monitored pool chlorine and ph. levels. * Responsible for pool maintenance such as vacuuming and cleaning pool deck.

* Currently working with all Men’s/Women’s Sports teams. * Assisting with the supervision of training programs. * Coaching proper Olympic Lifting techniques. * Providing help with facility/equipment maintenance * Motivating the athletes through weight lifting and conditioning activities * Completing various educational assignments & homework assignments. * Creates workout programs , while coaching several athletic teams.
