-development and leading of start up projects concerning the logistic processes for new and existing clients; - Active interaction with the transport and customs departments of the company, setting targets to them; - leadng work; -search of new customers; -taking part in business talks on the high level with russian and foreign customers; -Analysis of the market and the competitive environment; -Identify customer needs, develop strategies for working with customers to promote the company's services; - Preparing of foreign activity contracts with new customers; -Planning the main indicators for each client, a weekly analysis of the implementation of plans, preparation of presentations on the results for the reporting period; - docs flow and payments control of customers and service providers; - Coordination of customs brokers and carriers to povide high service for project clients of the company; -Tracking customs clearance procedures; - Control and monitoring of all stages of transportation; - Direct reporting and submission to the General Manager; -taking part in thematic exhibitions

-Organisation of goods delivery process – air deliveries (MOSTLY), truck deliveries, sea container deliveries, courier express deliveries (IMPORT); -Organisation of courier express deliveries (EXPORT); -Deliveries of cargos and also samples for marketing presentations for company’s internal purposes; -Control of cargos transferring to carriers, control of delivery goods; -Cooperation with Adidas colleagues from different countries (Asia, Europe, CIS) -Cooperation with suppliers and transport companies (confirmation of INCOTERMS 2010, 2012 and monitoring of conditions, details of flight and operation issues, placing requests for invoices cancelations); -Informing the carrier about necessary conditions, terms and rules of delivery; -Control over the timely receipt of transport documentation from the carrier and analysis of its correctness; -Monitoring and coordination of a customs clearance process, negotiation with customs brokers (providing of production of goods, replacing of orders in a system, sampling the goods from the airport, confirmation of transport documents (CMR, CARNET TIR, EX1), settlement of problem situations); -Preparing of a necessary documentation for additional customs requirements; -Control over the completeness of information about products in database, checking the relevance of information; -Maintaining of shipments in transit. Providing of update information about the shipments location. Tracking of a delivery process of goods in accordance with delivery plan; -Preparation of transport and commercial documents for imports (preparation of specifications for delivery, assignment of HS codes accordingly); -Maintaining the availability of contracts and transactions certificates of import-export operations; -Control over the timely payment of bills to transport companies and customs brokers; -Reporting, work with statistics; -Analyzing and preparing forecasts regarding volumes of samples for Pre-sells; -Meetings with carriers and customs brokers.
