In my role as an HR Manager at Coliwo, I am managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. I am actively driving employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. I am overseeing payroll processing, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, and HR operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and labor laws. Additionally, I am handling employee relations, grievance management, policy implementation, HR documentation, and supporting organizational development to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

In my role as an HR Executive & Admin at BSA Corporation, I handled end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing suitable candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding. I supported training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, addressed employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality, and actively worked on employee engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

Worked for Bajaj Finserv Corporate Social Responsibility. Also handling the placement drives and job fairs.

I worked in HR recruitment firm and learned about the recruitment cycle of the various companies. Sourced and screened candidates for various industries i.e., Commercial Industry, IT Sector, Banking Sector.

Worked as a HR intern for 2 months on the project Optimization of Manpower for production and support services at prolife Tata motors. Learned HR policies and practices of the company. Worked on optimization strategies for manpower of the specific department.

I've worked as an HR intern and learned key skills of HR like selecting resumes, conducting interviews and hiring suitable candidates.
