I am a Partner at EY and I lead Financial Services Consulting from India. Leading large scale tech transformation, legacy mordernization, Data and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology strategy and implementations for Global Financial Services. I have 20+ years of rich Finance-IT Leadership experience. Prior to Joining EY, I was working in Citi and played multiple roles: * Strategy, Governance and Operations Leader for Citi Technology Center in India * Lead for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), cognitive and emerging technology strategy * APAC Head of Resource and Location strategy for Institutional Client Group Prior to joining Citi: I have experience in setting up and running multiple offshore development centers for financial institutes. I was heading IT delivery for JPMC, SVB, Bank of New York Melon, STB, TIAAC ref and many other financial institutes in i-flex / OFSS. I was a delivery head for multiple investment banking, capital markets and consumer banking technology projects, heading multiple teams with 500+ resources I am passionate about leading diversity and inclusion agenda. I was a co-chair for Citi diversity network and I am an active industry leader for Diversity & Inclusion I am a University Rank holder in Computer Engineering (Mumbai University).
