As an experienced IT Recruiter and Team Lead, I manage a team of 5 recruiters and oversee full-cycle hiring across the US, UK, Canada, and India regions. I actively participate in daily client stand-up calls, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and recruitment teams. Alongside my leadership duties, I also work as an individual contributor, sourcing and screening candidates for both C2H and FTE roles in the tech domain. I serve as the SPOC for HR activities including offer rollouts, onboarding, and background verification. My role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, improving processes, and collaborating with internal HR for compliance and employee engagement.
