1. Monitor and track daily construction progress on site, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works, and compare actual progress with the master schedule. 2. Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and PIC from each work area to collect accurate progress data and resolve issues that impact the timeline. 3. Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing site activities, key issues, manpower status, and recommendations for improvement. 4. Report delays, risks, and critical path activities to project managers to support decision-making and schedule optimization. 5. Conduct field checks on installation quality for structures, equipment foundations, cabling, and building works according to project specifications. 6. Participate in internal progress meetings and support communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams. 7. Assist in planning upcoming work fronts and ensuring readiness of materials, drawings, and coordination among stakeholders.

Currently I am undergoing a Management Trainee program in the sulfuric acid production division, where I not only learn the production process and installation of industrial equipment, but also understand the concept of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and the role of a Project Manager. I am involved in various aspects of the project, from coordinating the installation of major equipment such as Waste Heat Boiler and Absorber Tower to monitoring the construction progress. With a background in industrial engineering, I strive to develop technical and managerial skills to support the success of projects in this industry.
