As an instructional designer and curriculum developer, I work closely with stakeholders and SMEs to identify and transform needs into engaging training that fills knowledge gaps, upskills talent, and improves organizational workflows. All of my designs are based on learning principles and are relevant, meaningful, and require practice, not the dissemination of information. I have experience working with clients in K-16 education, corporate, and non-profit sectors, creating and implementing in-person, virtual, and asynchronous training programs. I am also a part-time licensed financial literacy coach, helping people make their money work for them. It's not about being a millionaire; it is about knowing where you are and having a plan for the future. I take the fear out of financial planning and teach people techniques that were not taught in school, such as how to budget and to diversify income for protection. Financial planning is a marathon, not a sprint.
