About

After seeing first-hand in my large extended family the difference that debt-free education can make to someone’s career opportunity and economic mobility in life, I was motivated to co-found Guild in 2015. We’ve evolved since then from an edtech startup disrupting the sleepy employee benefits sector to a strategic partner to some of the most innovative businesses and institutions focusing on workforce development and the future of work. Over the past 12 months alone, our career opportunity platform has brought together more than 5 million adult working learners from across health, retail, financial services and other sectors with hundreds of educational institutions, learning partners and large employers, including Walmart, Disney, Target, PNC Bank, Chipotle, Macy’s, UCHealth and many more.
