I have a diverse design background ranging from hospitality projects such as restaurants, hotels, and spas, to residences such as Manhattan apartments and luxury custom LEED Platinum / Passive Houses, to public projects such as a [LEED-Gold] library, performing arts theater, children's museum, fire stations, etc. I have also conducted extensive research on architectural conservation, the sustainable reuse of historic buildings, and the development of heritage-led regenerative hospitality spaces in the United Kingdom and USA. Was part of a team that created a new lifestyle hotel collection for a major brand and another that created a concept for a 1908 McKim Mead and White bank on 5th Avenue to be converted to a modern hotel.
