Operating from twin hubs in Singapore and Silicon Valley, our multidisciplinary team spans tech, commercial, and clinical roles. In my role as a People Operations Executive, I: - Manage People systems & Employee Lifecycle across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US - Support the full-cycle recruiting process including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting & hiring for FTE & Interns - Organize & facilitate onboarding & offboarding process, including handover & IT - Handle work pass related matters where needed - Led the implementation and ongoing administration of our HRIS system (OmniHR), ensuring data accuracy and efficient HR operations - Process payroll during monthly cycle by use of digitized software with accuracy & timeliness for SG, HK (Software used: Talenox) as well as U.S (Software used: Trinet) - Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records and HR databases - Conduct bi-annual employee performance reviews (compensation & rewards) - Collaborate with Marketing Team in Employer Branding initiatives (career page design & set-up) - Support the administration of employee benefits program & company policies implementation - Ensure compliance with all local employment laws & regulations - Take on facilities & IT management responsibilities, ranging across office maintenance to troubleshooting (Completed reception area, office & lab renovations by engaging various stakeholders) - Oversee vendors to ensure a smooth supply of goods & services to the company & maintained well-stocked up pantry - Execute and provide logistical support for internal staff meetings, internal staff health screening, town-halls, company-wide events & VIP visits - Support ad-hoc People Operations projects, initiatives & related matters
