As an Orientation Assistant I lead a group of 18 freshmen students through orientation, by helping them become better acquainted with RIT. I was responsible for keeping the students on schedule for their activities and during the free time between activities I was responsible for answering any and all questions they had about RIT, being a student here, where to go for academic help or counseling needs. I was also responsible for becoming a resource for them as well as someone they can be comfortable coming to talk to about any need they may have in their future at RIT.

As a Sales Representative I scheduled appointments with customers, performed demonstrations of Cutco Cutlery to customers, as well as filled out order forms. I also participated in weekly meetings and associated activities with the company.

As a Capital Equipment Intern I negotiated contracts with Suppliers and managed their statuses. I also performed statistical analysis, developed process flow charts, and managed contract uploads. Additionally, I organized and developed websites for the GSM department in Malta while influencing the Dresden GSM site development.

As a Notetaker for the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) students I took class notes for the students and then provided the notes to office for distribution to the students who required them.

As ITS Office Coverage I troubleshoot issues when they are reported by the Lab Assistants. I also manage the ShiftPlanning scheduler, Jabber messaging system, Floater and Tech dispatch, and Lost and Found log. Each shift I document the activities for record purposes. As a Computer Lab Assistant I help solve students and professors software and hardware issues for both PC and Mac computers. I also communicate with other parts of the ITS department to more efficiently solve technical issues.

Product development through defining customer requirements and engineering specifications. Created user workflows, product concepts, and detailed product designs. Defined system requirements and specifications for software and hardware. Met with customers, internal users, and internal developers.

My responsibilities as a Store Maintenance Industrial Engineering Co-op included developing more efficient processes, developing SharePoint websites, as well as analyzing data in order to develop a centralized stockroom for the Wegmans maintenance department. I was provided numerous opportunities to present in front of high-level management, as well as work with a variety of personality types.

Pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management, also a minor in Sustainable Product Development and a minor in Statistics. Expected graduation May 2016.
