* Meet and greet visitors, keep office neat (kitchen, conference room, etc.), answer phones, handle incoming/outgoing mail * Order, stock, and keep inventory of all office supplies and kitchen/break room supplies * Liaise with building management: attend monthly security meetings, coordinate disaster recovery plans and emergency meeting locations, discuss bi-annual evacuation drills, security issues, and other events that might affect the building tenants or their commute * Created and maintained a business continuity plan in conjunction with the head of compliance in regards to continuing operations in the event of disaster * Manage relationships with vendors: prices, leases, invoices, resolve issues, and quality control

Responsible for invoicing, contract/payment collection, and all other paperwork after sale of conference sponsorship/exhibit booth space Follow-up for logos, company boilerplates, promotional brochures, and then create sponsorship/exhibitor page with this information for inclusion in the attendee notebooks Send logos along with wordage for sponsor/exhibitor signage to our printing company, proof signs, and then approve for printing, then ship signs to site of conference/exhibit Help with all assembly, boxing, and preparation prior to conferences/exhibitions as well as on site registration assistance, placing signage, and liaise with sponsor and exhibitor representatives
