• Design concept and detailed construction drawings (2D/3D) of structural exterior flooring systems, aluminium frames, and other composite decking materials using Autodesk Revit and company software; • Prepare material quantity estimates and quotes using Microsoft Excel and company software; • Liaise with Salesperson, Project Manager, and Technical Lead from Australia and New Zealand to ensure accuracy of project scope and design.

Planning and Design Division - Highway Design Section • Review plans and engineering reports from various Feasibility Studies (FS) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of highway development projects in Region 7 to ensure they satisfy the latest edition of DPWH Design Guidelines, Criteria and Standards (DGCS); • Check and review contracts, permits, and other legal documents of various projects to ensure consultants comply with the scope and limitations written in the project's Terms of Reference (TOR); • Check and review billing statements to ensure receipts, billing summary, and other attachments match the project's financial proposal and Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) before submitting to Finance and Accounting for disbursement; • Coordinate with local/foreign consultants and other government offices through written communication, email correspondence, and attending online/in-person meetings; • Schedule and prepare meetings by creating presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; • Organize and lead public consultations in barangays and other local government units affected by government projects, and ensure queries/concerns of stakeholders are documented and answered; • Prepare TOR, ABC and other necessary documents of proposed projects for bidding.

I was employed at Concentrix while attending university. I worked as a technical support (phone and chat) for a multi-national tech company, viz: • Answer customer queries through call or live chat; • Provide assistance to customers in purchasing, downloading, installing, and activating various client/server software; • Troubleshooting software issues via phone, chat, and/or remote access using Windows Quick Assist and other applications; • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by maintaining exemplary scores in monthly metrics.

I was employed at The Results Companies while I took a time off from school. I worked as a technical support for one of the biggest telecommunications company in the U.S., viz: • Answer customer queries through calls; • Schedule repair appointments with local technician; • Facilitate refund/disconnection of services offered; • Pitch sales and maintain sales quota; • Assist customers in troubleshooting device issues by providing steps, power-cycling device signal, scheduling repair appointments, and/or escalation; • Assist customers in installing, activating, and pairing devices; • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by maintaining exemplary scores in monthly metrics.
