I am a critical care nurse with over 6 years of experience and a deep commitment to patient wellbeing, education, and access to care. Within the critical care environment, I have fostered and developed: 💊a wealth of knowledge pertaining to many complex, chronic, and acute conditions 💊an avid desire and ability to learn quickly and effectively 💊a commitment to helping patients achieving their highest level of wellness 💊a high level of attention to detail 💊an interdisciplinary-centered mindset Every day after school as a young girl, I would read my favorite books to my grandfather who lived with us while on hospice. What brought me into and has kept me in the nursing profession is a basic desire to care for others. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to see and learn about a wide variety of patient conditions and how to compassionately and competently manage them. I hope to apply this invaluable experience to a new avenue of nursing, where I can continue to strive for excellence, and be an integral part of bettering our healthcare system.
