* Plan and manage delivery of daily office activities throughout International region- Dublin, London, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, Toronto, Tokyo and Sydney. * Manage outsourced facilities services vendors. * Oversee property management services. * Manage facilities operating budget and vendor service contracts. * Responsible for space planning, tracking, move coordination, and new hire space accommodations. * Plan, organise and monitor construction progress for new office fit outs to ensure construction quality. * Participate and develop projects and programs through working with other internal functional groups including Human Resources and Finance.
