• Conduct factory audits prior to formal customer or third-party audits and follow-up CAPA all the findings. • Support factories during audit day of official customer or 3rd party and Crystal internal audit, and follow up all the findings • Consolidate data from factories and report to customers through their respective systems and via email, including CSR activities as required by each customer. • Review and monitor Compliance status (Better Work, Higg FEM, SCAN, SLCP, WRAP, ZDHC waste water...). Ensure all the certificate are available and meet customer requirement. • Regularly update new domestic, international & customer CSR trends and standards to instruct for Sub-cons and Support Sup-cons to review SOP relate Labor, environment, health & safety, fire-fighting and CTPAT... • Participate in customer and third-party CSR compliance training courses to guide factories in implementation, as well as in self-development and soft skills training. Implement customer CSR programs in factories (Zero Waste to Landfill, etc.). ⦁ Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, factories and relevant agencies.

Manage and control compliance of water resources monitoring network by laws and regulations. Conduct annual Internal audit to ensure national monitoring network well operation and follow the laws.

Manage and Control compliance of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Manage, monitor and checking the valid of calibration and inspection of measurement equipment in factory. Organize internal training and other activities to raise environmental awareness such as 5S3C, campaign...
